Returns

At Glassier. it is important to us that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we are happy to offer you the option to return it.

Return policy
We have some conditions for returns:


The product must be in unused, unworn and unopened condition.
The product must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
The shipping costs for the return are to be paid by the customer.

Please note that some products cannot be returned for hygiene and personal reasons. These include underwear, lingerie, swimwear, cosmetics, skincare products, perfume and bespoke/customised products.


Returns
Some products can only be returned to our supplier in China. Please note that there are approximately $20-30 charges for returns to China, which are the responsibility of the customer. Alternatively, we offer the option to receive 30% of the purchase price back and keep the product. Please contact our customer service (support@glassier-beauty.com) for more information on returning to China.


Warranty
We offer a 30-day warranty on all our products. If you find a defect or problem with your product within this period, please contact our customer service team by email (support@glassier-beauty.com). After these 30 days, it is no longer possible to report a defect or problem.

If the product meets all return conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account. We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt.
